Booking Terms & Conditions: Pure Camps

1. Booking Confirmation

  • A booking is only confirmed once payment is received.

  • Clients may choose to pay in full or pay a 20% non-refundable deposit to secure the booking.

  • The remaining balance must be paid no later than 30 days prior to arrival.

2. Payment Policy

  • Full payment is required if the booking is made within 30 days of the travel date.
  • If the booking is made more than 30 days in advance, a 20% deposit is required to reserve your space.
  • The deposit is non-refundable under all circumstances.

3. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email.

  • The following cancellation charges apply:

    • More than 30 days before arrival: 20% (deposit only)

    • 15–30 days before arrival: 50% of total cost

    • Less than 15 days before arrival: 100% of total cost

  • No-shows or early departures will be charged 100% of the total booking value.

4. Ammendments

  • Changes to bookings (dates, number of guests, etc.) are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

  • Any changes requested less than 14 days prior to arrival may not be possible.

5. Force Majeure

  • Pure Camps is not liable for delays, cancellations, or changes caused by force majeure events including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, or political unrest.

  • In such cases, we will do our best to reschedule your booking or offer a credit.

6. Travel Insurance

  • Clients are strongly advised to purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering cancellation, medical expenses, baggage loss, and personal liability.

7. Guest Responsibility

  • Guests are responsible for their own belongings.

  • Pure Camps is not liable for any loss or damage to personal property during the stay.

8. Healthy & Safety

  • Guests must inform the camp in advance of any medical conditions, dietary restrictions, or mobility concerns.

  • Pure Camps reserves the right to refuse service to individuals deemed unfit for travel due to health reasons.

By making a booking with Pure Camps, you acknowledge and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
